San Diego Tax Solutions, Inc. was established as a California tax consulting firm to provide all types of tax assistance from tax preparation and tax filings for individuals, corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and estates to sound tax planning and competent tax resolution for delinquent taxes.

Jonathon N. Myatt, EA

For almost 20 years, Jonathon Myatt has been in the tax and accounting fields in various industries. After serving honorably in the United States Navy, Jonathon began his accounting career as an Asset Management Accountant with a Real Estate Developer. He then went into public accounting and served as Senior Staff Accountant with a CPA firm in Los Angeles, specializing in multi-state corporate tax returns. From there, Jonathon went back to the private industry and became the Corporate Controller for an Internet long-distance telecommunications company.

With all of this experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge regarding corporate taxes and regulations in a wide range of fields and in any state. Additionally, Jonathon also specializes in resolving delinquent tax issues with the IRS. His in-depth knowledge of the resolution process has helped hundreds of taxpayers resolve their delinquent tax problems.

Daniel J. DiCarlo, EA

Daniel DiCarlo grew up in San Diego where he attended the University Of San Diego. After college he worked in the Not-for-Profit sector in Social Services for St. Village holding a number of Key positions. He then commenced his work in the tax field in 2000 at a local CPA firm. In September 2007 he left that firm join San Diego Tax Solutions, Inc where he has expanded his scope of practice to include Tax Resolutions, tax payer representation and advocacy before the Internal Revenue Service and Trust and Fiduciary work.

He enjoys helping clients with challenging tax issues and focuses on Sole Proprietorships, Rentals, 1031 Tax Free Exchanges, Trust and Estate tax filings and also offers Fiduciary and Conservatorship Services. He is also available to assist California Registered Domestic Partnerships and same gendered married couples with both Federal and State Tax filings. He is also called upon to consult with various small businesses about tax reporting requirements, record keeping and tax filings. He is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents and the National Association of Tax Professionals.
